Directions: Shake the bottle before opening it. Use the measured dropper to take your desired dose (we recommend starting with 1 ml if you’re new to ingestible cannabis and CBD). Allow 90 minutes for full effect before an additional dose is considered. To maximize sublingual uptake, hold drops under your tongue for 30-90 seconds, then swallow. Take with food for best results. My go-to, for several tiny doses a day.. gets me through. Often use much less than suggested dose, paired with a little lisdex..
