Everything tastes better with a little salt. Pink Himalayan salt gives these Cara-Melts their mouth-watering salty taste. When pink Himalayan salt is processed the natural minerals found in the salt, including iodine, are maintained. The processing of other salts results in the loss of these naturally occurring minerals.
Directions: Cara-Melts are individually wrapped in 30 mg doses. Allow 60-90 minutes for full effects before considering an additional dose. Take with food for best results.

Got this as a free sample – didn’t realize it was 30 mg and swallowed the thing whole (whoops!), was crazy high but in a good way. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because it had a very ‘weed’ taste to it which is not my favourite with edibles (but I know usually the stronger they are the more you will taste that).
