initially i found them hard to unwrap but once I decided to store them in the fridge they were a breeze to unwrap..
I think there were instructions to that effect.
the effects of them are wonderful, they are a great product with no after taste. they work wonderfully for pain and relaxation, highly reccommended to pop in your purse for travel too
